Submit the form, verify the OTP sent to your mobile number, and your zc555 account is live. The entire process takes under 2 minutes. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use zc555. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. Your date of birth is verified during registration and again during the KYC process before your first withdrawal. Email support@zc555.ws from your current registered email, include your full name and CNIC number, and specify the update you need. For mobile number changes, we'll send a verification OTP to both the old and new numbers to confirm the change.

zc555 KYC requires two things: a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (both front and back) and a screenshot or photo of your registered payment method showing your name — for example, an Easypaisa or JazzCash account screen showing your name and number. Upload these through the Verification section in your account settings. KYC is a one-time process and typically completes within a few hours. You can play freely before KYC is done; it's only required before your first withdrawal.
Deposits & Payments

Log in to your zc555 account and go to the Cashier section. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. However, your mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges for the transfer — these are outside zc555's control. Check your wallet or bank's standard fee schedule before transferring if this is a concern.

Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are normally credited instantly. If your balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, first check that the transfer was successful on your wallet app — confirm it shows as completed, not pending. If the transfer shows as completed on your wallet but your zc555 balance hasn't updated after 30 minutes, contact support@zc555.ws with the transaction reference number and transfer amount. For IBFT bank transfers, allow up to 4 hours before contacting support.

All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Foreign currencies and international payment methods are not accepted. zc555 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals

Log in to your zc555 account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred PKR payment method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Once your KYC verification is complete, withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–24 hours depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team before processing.
