zc555 Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to zc555. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and zc555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They cover every aspect of how the Platform operates — including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game rules, and your rights and obligations as a registered player.

zc555 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account on zc555, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited, and that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. zc555 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The minimum age to register and use zc555 is 18 years old. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. zc555 takes age verification seriously and will request proof of age documents before processing any withdrawal request.

You are also ineligible to register or use zc555 if:

• You have previously had an account on zc555 that was closed or suspended due to a Terms violation.
• You are acting as an agent or on behalf of another person for the purposes of depositing or wagering.
• You are an employee, contractor or close family member of a zc555 employee and are playing in categories where you have access to non-public operational information.

zc555 operates on a one account per player, per device, per household basis. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether to circumvent verification, claim bonuses more than once, or for any other reason — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all funds forfeited.

To use zc555, you must create a player account by providing accurate and complete registration information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You must choose a secure password for your zc555 account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. zc555 will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. Account verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, Passport or Driving Licence)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or confirmation of your Easypaisa/JazzCash account in your name)
• Any additional documentation zc555 may request based on transaction activity

All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: Credited after your first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount and wagering requirement are stated in the promotion details active at the time of your registration.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 20x) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Crash games and slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated time period will expire and be removed from your account along with any associated bonus balance.

• Abuse Prevention: zc555 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that bonus funds are being abused — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

All games available on zc555 — including online casino table games, slot machines, Teen Patti variants, crash games and live dealer titles — operate according to their individual published rules. These game-level rules are accessible within each game interface and supplement these Terms.

All RNG-based games on zc555 use independently certified random number generators. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the long-run statistical average and do not guarantee any individual outcome. Crash games such as Aviator use a provably fair algorithm — the crash point for each round is determined before bets open using a cryptographic hash that any player can verify independently after the round concludes.

For sports and PSL betting on zc555:

• Bets are void if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result have been completed (as defined in the cricket betting rules).
• Settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL matches).
• Bets placed after a match has started are in-play bets and the odds applicable at the moment the bet is accepted apply — not the odds displayed before the bet was placed.
• zc555 reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error is identified, provided this is communicated to the affected player promptly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zc555 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated tools, bots or software to place bets or interact with any game on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. If you encounter an error, you must report it to zc555 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players on live games or PSL betting markets to manipulate outcomes or odds.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to disguise your location or to circumvent platform restrictions.
• Attempting to manipulate live dealer games, PSL betting odds or crash game outcomes through external means.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal or fraudulent activity (money laundering). zc555 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity.
• Allowing another person to access or use your zc555 account.

zc555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or closure).

If your account is closed for a Terms violation, any balance associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Balances that are not associated with a violation will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period after investigation, at zc555's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their zc555 account may do so by contacting support@zc555.ws. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

zc555 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We believe gaming should be entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. All zc555 accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits in your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period.

• Losses arising from temporary Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's own internet connection failure during a live game or sports betting event.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from use of the Platform.
• Any third-party software, game studio or payment processor failures that affect Platform functionality.

zc555's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the incident. This limitation does not apply where zc555 has been found to be fraudulent or grossly negligent.

If you continue to use the Platform after changes take effect, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
